Dermapen
Microneedle mesotherapy is an innovative treatment that combines skin microneedling with the precise delivery of active substances into its deeper layers. It uses a device with pulsating, sterile needles of adjustable depth (0.5–2.5 mm), which allows the therapy to be fully tailored to the needs and problems of the skin.
About the treatment
During the treatment micro-injuries are created that stimulate the body's natural regenerative processes and boost the production of collagen and elastin. At the same time, individually selected nourishing and therapeutic cocktails are introduced through the resulting microchannels, so the skin is nourished, hydrated and regenerates faster.
The effect of microneedle mesotherapy is better skin firmness and elasticity, an evened-out tone, softer wrinkles, reduced scars and pigmentation, and overall rejuvenation and refreshment of the complexion. It is a treatment that naturally uses the skin's repair abilities, making it clearly smoother, healthier and younger after just a few sessions.

After the treatment: what to expect
Right after the treatment the skin is red, warm and slightly swollen, roughly as after sunbathing. You may feel tightness and a mild burning. Tiny needle marks are visible on the skin, and after a deeper treatment also a few drops of blood.
The redness usually fades after 24-72 hours. For the next 3-5 days the skin may be dry and rough and may peel slightly in places. This is a natural stage of regeneration.
For the first 24 hours do not put makeup on, do not wash your face with hot water and do not touch it with unwashed hands. Then use gentle cleansing, a moisturiser and a cream with SPF 50. For 5-7 days avoid the sun, solariums, saunas, swimming pools, intense exercise and products with acids and retinol. Do not pick at flaking skin.
We usually repeat the treatment every 3-4 weeks, because the skin needs time to rebuild collagen. If the redness does not go away after a week, or pus or a cold sore appears, let us know.

Frequently asked questions
Dermapen is for people with post-acne scars, uneven skin texture, stretch marks, wrinkles, pigmentation and enlarged pores. It also helps loose, dry and tired skin.
You usually need a series of 3-4 treatments, and one takes about an hour. We repeat the treatments every 3-4 weeks so that the skin has time to rebuild collagen.
The first improvement shows within 2 weeks of the treatment, and the results build with every visit. The effect lasts for up to about 6 months.
For 1-3 days the skin is red, warm and slightly swollen, and then for a few days it may be dry and rough. During this time use gentle skincare and a cream with SPF 50, and avoid the sun, saunas and acids.
We do not do Dermapen during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with active pustular acne, infections or a cold sore, with a tendency to keloids, or during a flare-up of autoimmune disease. Skin cancer in the treatment area and an allergy to the substances used during the treatment also rule it out. The treatment breaks the skin's surface, so the condition of your skin on the day matters.
A few rules are worth remembering before the treatment. Stop retinoids, acids and peels 5-7 days before the treatment. Avoid sunbathing and solarium for 1-2 weeks. About a week before the treatment do not take aspirin or antibiotics without consulting us. Tell us if you have a history of cold sores.
The skin is smoother, firmer and better hydrated, and its structure more even. Scars, including acne scars, and stretch marks become less visible, pores narrower and fine lines shallower. Skin tone evens out too. The changes build up with each treatment, because the skin rebuilds itself gradually.
Prices start from 380 PLN. The exact price depends on the area and the chosen variant of the treatment. You will find the full price list in the Price list section.
