Therapeutic massage
Therapeutic massage is an effective regeneration treatment that consists of manually working on different parts of the body to improve the function of muscles, joints and the nervous system. A professionally performed back massage, or massage of other areas of the body, can quickly relieve pain, relax tense muscles and support the treatment of spinal conditions and musculoskeletal injuries. The treatment can be used on its own or as a supplement to rehabilitation therapy, helping to restore fitness, reduce contractures and reduce the effects of earlier injuries or treatment, e.g. after radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
About the treatment
The advantage of therapeutic massage is its versatility and safety: in the hands of an experienced therapist it works precisely, stimulating the body's natural regenerative mechanisms and improving the patient's quality of life. The massage also helps reduce nervous tension, has a positive effect on well-being and promotes relaxation of the whole body.
The effects of therapeutic massage are noticeable after the first session: pain decreases, the range of joint movement improves, the muscles become more flexible and the body regains balance and a harmonious posture. Regular treatments support rehabilitation, improve the quality of sleep and increase the overall sense of comfort, which significantly affects the patient's daily functioning and health.

Frequently asked questions
For people with pain in the back, neck and spine, overworked muscles, limited mobility, tension headaches and tension around the shoulders. After injuries we do the massage once treatment is finished, as your doctor advises.
The massage takes 60 or 90 minutes. The number of treatments is individual and depends on the problem; for chronic complaints a series is usually needed.
You often feel relief after the very first massage, and the full improvement shows after a series. The effect lasts from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the problem.
There is no recovery period. For 1-2 days the massaged areas may be tender, much like after sore muscles. Drink plenty of water and avoid intense exercise on the day of the massage.
We do not do therapeutic massage with a fever and acute infections, thrombosis and phlebitis, acute inflammation, after fresh injuries, fractures and operations, or over skin with lesions. Serious heart disease and advanced osteoporosis also rule it out. When pain has an unclear cause, a medical diagnosis comes first. With cancer we ask for your doctor's consent, and during pregnancy some techniques are restricted.
A few rules are worth remembering before the treatment. Tell the therapist where it hurts and since when. Eat a light meal about 1-2 hours before the treatment.
Back, neck and spine pain eases and the muscles are relaxed. Mobility returns, you get fewer headaches and you feel better. With chronic complaints you usually need several visits, because tension built up over a long time and eases just as gradually.
The price of the treatment is 230 PLN. You will find the full price list in the Price list section.
The information is general. We choose the treatment individually during the consultation.
