Manual cleansing is one of the oldest and most effective skincare methods used in cosmetology. The treatment consists of manually removing blackheads, impurities and other blemishes accumulated beneath the surface of the skin. Thanks to precise and professional execution, manual cleansing is safe, effective and restores a healthy, fresh look to the complexion.
About the treatment
The treatment is especially recommended for people struggling with acne, excessive sebum production, seborrhoea and blackheads that are hard to remove. Performed regularly, it helps keep the skin in good condition, prevents inflammation and supports regeneration. Manual cleansing is an excellent base for further skincare and cosmetic treatments, because it prepares the skin to better absorb active ingredients.

- Purulent acne and severe inflammation (at the cosmetologist's discretion)

After the treatment: what to expect
For a few hours up to 1-2 days the skin may be red and sensitive. For 24 hours do not wear make-up and avoid sauna, swimming pools and intense exercise. Use gentle skincare and SPF.

The treatment takes about an hour. The number of treatments is individual and depends on how quickly your skin gets congested.
The skin is cleansed right after the treatment, and the full effect shows once the redness goes down, after 1-2 days. The effect lasts for up to about 4 weeks.
For a few hours to 1-2 days the skin may be red and sensitive. For 24 hours do not put on makeup, avoid saunas, swimming pools and intense exercise, and use gentle skincare and a cream with SPF.
We do not do manual cleansing with pustular acne or severe inflammation (the cosmetologist decides), with a cold sore or other viral or bacterial skin infections, on a fresh tan, or with an allergy to the products used. Care is also needed with a tendency to broken capillaries and rosacea during a flare-up. During pregnancy we decide on the scope of the treatment at the consultation.
